We’ve all either seen the movies or studied the history in the old west where expansion came where ever gold was found. Entire towns sprang up almost overnight with the potential to grow into cities if enough gold was discovered. Unfortunately many towns were left desolate because the gold ran out. Most if not all of the people would leave behind a shell, creating a ghost town. Evidence that a thriving community had once dwelt there although not long enough to survive.
Even today there is evidence that business owners follow their markets which can have devastating consequences on local or even state economies. The blogs are full of stories about outsourcing to other states or countries where business owners simply move the staff. Either way the economy suffers because if the workers move away it takes a toll on other commerce. If the workers stay they have to find new jobs which often pay less.
In network marketing the business owner isn’t faced with either the decision to move the business to a better market climate, or whether to relocate their staff to a more affordable area. As a true growth and prosperity business model, network marketing has only one goal in regard to business in any climate; to expand.
The cost to start developing a new business, or expanding an existing business isn’t the same as a company that must either acquire or construct a building. There are no zoning permits to consider, no warehousing or freighting costs to include. We don’t even have to consider licensing costs to setup in another state.
In fact apart from international licensing requirements for specific companies, provided that a particular country allows us to do business there, network marketing has no boundaries on this planet.
Furthermore our contribution to any economy in any area of the world is positive. The bulk of the money is never tied up in typical corporate overhead. We are the evidence that economic stability is accomplished when the people control the wealth.
I find it both exciting and interesting to watch the changes taking place in the mindset of people who formed opinions long ago on network marketing. I find it even more exciting when people discover this concept for the first time and so expand the boundaries of their minds.
