I’m convinced one of the reasons I get so sluggish and can’t stay focused during the winter time is that walking regularly becomes more of a burden than a release.
On my schedule the day is split between my two most productive sessions:
1. Before anyone else wakes up – when there are no distractions and concentration is easiest.
2. The 2 hours following my afternoon walking session.
