When They’re Ready To Buy

Decision marketing addresses the process that completes the buying transaction. By anticipating the thought process of someone who is in the final step of deciding what to buy, we can properly condition the experience for a favorable outcome to everyone involved.

Whether the business owner has ever heard of decision marketing or not, the process usually emerges through experience. When the seller is in direct communication with the buying public the history of feedback has a decided affect upon future transactions.

In the world of online business, this feedback isn’t always available. Internet marketers need to address every part of the process from discovery to conclusion. The final decision is as important as the first; satisfactory feedback only follows successful sales.
